I was born in the Dominican Republic, where my first culinary lessons came from my grandmother’s farm kitchen. Surrounded by fresh ingredients and guided by hands seasoned with love, I learned the beauty of cooking from the earth—with simplicity and intention.

Years later, I turned that passion into a profession. I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Miami with a diploma in Culinary Arts and International Cuisine, and I’m also a certified Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).

Today, I blend the art of fine cuisine with the science of nutrition to create culinary experiences that not only delight the palate but also support overall well-being.

Whether I’m preparing a personalized dinner, designing a meal plan, or styling a charcuterie board, every detail reflects care, authenticity, and elegance.
